Our practice is physician-led and physician-owned, which is one of the most important things that sets us apart. As psychiatrists ourselves, we understand what’s important to you. In addition to managing the practice, all three of us work full-time in the practice as psychiatrists. We are on the frontlines of patient care along with the colleagues we hire. We know what is affecting our team and are particularly sensitive to the pain points in medicine. We will prioritize your wellbeing and work-life balance in the same way that we prioritize these factors in our own practice.

We are a community of psychiatrists who want to support each other in patient care, continuing medical education, and emotional wellbeing.
